3rd anniversary commemoration of Kandasamy Nataraja, who was born in Alavetti, Jaffna, lived in Alavetti, Tellippalai, Chilaw and resided in St. Gallen, Switzerland.

 

You were the guiding light of our family,
The precious remedy for our hearts’ every beat.
By the cruel play of time,
We are still struggling every moment.

 

Though three years have passed since you left,
Our hearts still refuse to find comfort.
You took away our smiles—
It has already been three long years.

 

Though you have left us,
You are now united with the Almighty!
If there truly is a heaven,
Surely, that is where you reside.

 

We pray to God
That your soul may rest in peace.
