RIPPage is a digital platform designed to help families, communities, and media partners respectfully commemorate loved ones through digital obituaries and remembrance pages. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, whether you are a general visitor, registered user, media partner, or contributor.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes have been posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

RIPPage allows users to create and share:

• Obituary and remembrance pages
• Tribute messages and condolence comments
• Photos and video uploads
• Live streaming links for funeral events
• Add-on services such as floral tributes, virtual theepam (diya), charitable donations, anniversary reminders, and multilingual support

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into agreements. If you are using RIPPage on behalf of an organization or family, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Some features require creating an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your information.

By using RIPPage, you agree not to post or share any content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
• Infringes on any intellectual property or privacy rights
• Includes spam, harmful code, or misleading information
• Violates religious or cultural sensitivity
• Interferes with the platform’s normal functioning

We reserve the right to remove such content and take necessary legal action.

• You retain ownership of content you upload (texts, images, videos).
• By submitting content, you grant RIPPage a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it solely for platform functionality and marketing (with respect to your privacy preferences).
• You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not violate any rights.

• RIPPage provides both free and paid plans with tiered features.
• Once a post is published, it cannot be refunded unless the service fails due to a verified technical issue.
• Refunds (if applicable) may be subject to a processing or admin fee (e.g., $50).
• Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Chargebacks without valid reason may lead to account suspension and legal follow-up.

We strive for uninterrupted service, but RIPPage cannot guarantee the site will be available at all times. We are not liable for:

• Delays or interruptions caused by third-party services.
• Loss of data due to user error.
• Issues arising from network or device failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform or disrespect other users
• Submit fraudulent, offensive, or misleading content

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support.

All platform content, branding, design, and software are owned by RIPPage or its partners and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reuse, reproduce, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

RIPPage may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or availability of these external resources and linking does not imply endorsement.

RIPPage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 6 months, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIPPage and its team from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
