How to Submit Information:
Send the required details and photographs via email to torippage@gmail.com
If scanning is unavailable, you may write the information clearly on a white paper, take a photo, and email it.
Alternatively, you can use our voice recording service by calling our designated phone number for guided assistance.
Processing Time:
Once all details and payment are received, announcements will be published within 5 hours.
Expedited publishing may be available within 1 hour, depending on workload.
Any verification delays may extend the processing time.
Revisions and Edits:
Only the person who submitted the announcement can request edits.
A unique security code will be provided via email for verification.
Alternatively, corrections can be requested via the same email used for submission.
User-designed announcements will only be published if they match our site’s format.
Extending or Republishing Announcements:
Announcements can be extended, but requests must be made before expiration.
If expires, republication is possible for an additional 2 to 8 days.
A nominal fee applies for extending or republishing.
