Rajendran Saraswathidevi (Chinnababy), who was born in Pungudutivu 12th ward (Kizhakkur), and resided in Rakka Veethi, Jaffna, Umphicipalayam Colombo, Chennai, India, and Canada, passed away peacefully in Canada on 24-06-2025.
She was the beloved daughter of the late Ponnampalam and Kanagamma, the loving daughter-in-law of the late Muthuvelu and Sivakkozhandhu,
and the beloved wife of the late Mr. Rajendran, proprietor of VSSM Stores and Kalyani Stores.
She was the dear sister of the late Thirugnana, the late Balasingham, Padmasanidevi (Periya Baby),
The loving sister of Pon Sundaralingam, Pon Ilangovan, and the late Pon Subaschandran.
She was the cherished mother of Yogakalyani, Nithyakalyani, Ranjani, Sivanesan, and Umananthini.
She was the beloved aunt of Nadesalingam (Selvan), Dayanandan, Dilash, and Kugatharshini.
She was the loving grandmother of Rajeev, Kapilan, Dharanya, Thira, Thiranya, Riyalakshmi, Avikka, and Athvikka.
She was also the dear sister-in-law of the late Parameswari, the late Maheswari, and Gopalapillai,
and the loving co-sister of the late Balasubramaniam, the late Ratnasabapathy, and Sarojinidevi.
She was also the dear sister-in-law of the late Varnamani, the late Maheswari, the late Kanagaratnam, Ranjana, Kosalai, Chandra, and Sharatha.
