Born in Sithiramezhi, Ilavalai – Resident of Canberra, Australia,It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Thambu Indrasamy, who passed away in Jaffna on Saturday, 07th June 2025.
He was the beloved son of the late Thambu and Sellamma,
and the cherished son-in-law of the late Rathinasingam and Bhuvaneswari,
He was the loving brother of the late Balasubramaniam, Maheswari, and the late Kumarasamy and Mahadevan,
He was the beloved husband of Saroja (Australia),
A devoted father to Hema (Canberra, Australia) and Rekha (Adelaide, Australia),
A dear father-in-law to Senthuran (Canberra, Australia),
A caring brother-in-law to the late Chidamparapillai and Chinniah,
He was also a beloved maternal uncle to Komathy (Sri Lanka), Bhanumathy (Canada), Valarmathy (Australia), Shanmugathasan (London), and Alagumathy (Sri Lanka).
A cherished grandfather to Tharanya, Hareshan, and Anjali.
